There is no registration procedure for entry into Abruzzo, Sardinia and Calabria.
For entry into Sicily:

Registration is not compulsory, but recommended.
For entry into Apulia:
According to the ordinances of the president of the Puglia Region no. 245 of 2 June 2020 it is necessary to fill in a self-report form available in PugliaSalute website, at the following link: https://limesurvey.istsvc.regione.puglia.it/index.php/119341?lang=it
Registration is compulsory for people entering Apulia from foreign countries. The document, which can also be kept in a digital copy, must be carried with you throughout your stay. It will also be necessary to keep a list of the places visited and people met during your stay in Puglia for thirty days.
