At the Sansicario Majestic Hotel, entrance to the gym equipped with isotonic machines is free. Purchasing the Wellness Card (for guests aged 14 and over), entitles you to use the wellness center which has 3 whirlpool-bath Jacuzzis, 3 saunas, Turkish Bath, “emotional” showers, and a relaxation area with a view of Mount Chaberton. Beauty treatments and massages are available and charged separately.

For fitness-lovers there is a modern indoor gym-fitness area with the assistance of our qualified staff at fixed times and isotonic machines, dumbbells, treadmills, spinning bikes and TRX, balance board and battle ropes. Rich group gymnastics program with our instructors (at GranSerena Hotel from 29.05 to 10.09.2022) both in the fitness area and outside: Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, Stretch & Tone, AcquaGym, Total body, Nordic Walking and Cross training complete with TRX and jump fitness, the trampoline that helps burning calories at the rhythm of music. At Serena Majestic Hotel Residence and at Calanè Village gym not attended by instructors, equipped with strength machines. At Torreserena Village children and adults can try their hand at a climbing wall and learn the techniques of this sport, having fun in complete safety. Exclusively for Is Serenas Badesi Village: a professional instructor dedicated to postural gymnastics and oriental disciplines with courses in Tai Chi, Holistic Gymnastics, Pilates and Yoga.
