Bluserena pays particular attention to their Guests’ wellbeing, both in their offers and in giving the correct information on allergens, in particular for anyone who has an intolerance to gluten (Serenè Village is AIC-certified), lactose and eggs. Although it is not possible to offer customized and tailor-made menus for each Guest, we can ensure the following:
Gluten. At the main restaurant of the Serenè Village, our gluten-intolerant Guests will find our AIC-certified menu from 14 June to 12 September 2020: for breakfast there are gluten-free packaged products (an assortment of croissants, biscuits and crispbread) and sliced meat; for lunch and dinner the menu consists of three starters, two first courses, two main courses and one dessert.
All the other Bluserena Villages offer a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet service in the main restaurant. Breakfast includes sliced meat and basic packaged products (tarts, snacks and crispread) while for lunch and dinner at least one first course, one main course and one dessert made with gluten-free ingredients (however the dishes are all prepared in the same kitchen, so contamination may be possible).
Lactose and eggs. All of the Bluserena Villages offer a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet service in the main restaurant. Breakfast includes basic lactose-free and egg-free packaged products (snacks, crispbread, yoghurt and milk. Milk is also available at the main bar). Lunch and dinner include at least one first course, one second course, sliced meat, one type of cheese and one dessert without lactose and eggs. However total absence of contamination with regards to some types of intollerances cannot be guaranteed as there is only one kitchen (except for the above mentioned packaged products and the AIC menu in the Serenè Village).
Baby kitchen/ Baby feeding facility offers: soy milk, rice milk, and lactose-free milk.

Gluten. Breakfast at the Kalidria restaurant includes the following items: bread, rice crackers, cold cuts, cheeses, packaged items (tarts and crispbread) and food prepared in-house (croissants, biscuits) with gluten-free ingredients.
Lactose and eggs. Cold cuts, cheeses, packaged items (brioches, rusks, yoghurt, milk, butter) and food prepared in-house (croissants, biscuits) with lactose-free and egg-free ingredients.
Lunch and dinner. For lunch and dinner ask the maître for more information or consult the special daily menu.
However total absence of contamination cannot be guaranteed regarding some intolerances as there is a single kitchen (except for the above mentioned packaged products).
SNOW, WINTER 2019/2020
The Sansicario Majestic Hotel offers some basic gluten-free packaged products. Total lack of contamination cannot be guaranteed as there is only one kitchen.
