Bluserena is particularly careful to its Guests’ wellbeing, both in the offer and in the correct information on allergens. Although it is not possible to offer customized and tailor-made menus for each Guest, we can ensure the following:
Gluten. At the main restaurant of Serenè Village, our gluten-intolerant Guests will find our AIC-certified menu from 17 June to 9 September 2018: gluten-free packed products (croissants, biscuits and crispbread) and a salami for breakfast; a full menu with three starters, two pasta or rice dishes, two main courses and one dessert for lunch and dinner.
The main restaurant buffet of all other Bluserena Villages offer a salami and basic packed products (tarts, croissants and crispbread) for breakfast and at least a pasta or rice dish, a main course and a dessert for lunch and dinner with gluten-free ingredients (the dishes are all prepared in the same kitchen, so contaminations can be possible).
Lactose and eggs. The buffet at the main restaurant has lactose-free and egg-free packed products (tarts, crispbread, yogurt and milk, which is also available at the main café) for
breakfast, as well as a first course, second course, a salami, a cheese and a dessert without lactose and eggs for lunch and dinner.
However total absence of contamination cannot be guaranteed as there is a single kitchen (except for the above mentioned packed products and the AIC menu of Serenè Village).

Sansicario Majestic Hotel offers some basic gluten-free packed products. Total lack of contamination cannot be guaranteed as there is only one kitchen.
