Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival for customers or agencies booking on www.bluserena.it (for agencies: on reserved area), without telephone support. For all other bookings, cancellation is free of charge up to 28 days before arrival.
For customers or agencies booking on www.bluserena.it:
- cancellations up to 28 days before arrival: free cancellation
- cancellations from 27 to 21 days before arrival: free cancellation
- cancellations from 20 to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation
- cancellations from 13 to 10 days before arrival: 50%
- cancellations from 9 to 4 days before arrival: 75%
- cancellations from 3 to 0 days before arrival, including late arrivals or early departure: 100%.
For all other bookings:
- cancellations up to 28 days before arrival: free cancellation
- cancellations from 27 to 21 days before arrival: 10%
- cancellations from 20 to 14 days before arrival: 30%
- cancellations from 13 to 10 days before arrival: 50%
- cancellations from 9 to 4 days before arrival: 75%
- cancellations from 3 to 0 days prior to arrival, including late arrivals or early termination of stay: 100%.
For the amounts paid, Bluserena will recognize, at its discretion, a refund or voucher of equal value valid until 31/12/2023. The reimbursement, even by voucher, of travel and transfers not purchased from Bluserena is excluded.
Other free cancellation conditions: Bluserena will not apply any penalty if the impossibility of making the stay is linked to the current pandemic event and depends exclusively on one of the following cases:
- at least one of the members of the booking is subject to compulsory quarantine, imposed by the health authorities.
- it is impossible to reach the booked village due to restrictions imposed by the authorities.
Refunds or vouchers valid until 31 December 2023 will be issued at the company's discretion.
Package with flight or ship: on air tickets sold by Bluserena (even if included in packages with the stay) the penalties imposed by the carrier apply, which will be communicated from time to time.
WINTER 2021/2022
In case of cancellation up to 21 days from the start of the holiday, no cancellation penalties will be applied (for the amounts paid, Bluserena will recognize, at its discretion, a refund or voucher of equal value valid until 31/12/2022). The reimbursement, even by voucher, of travel and transfers not purchased from Bluserena is excluded. For cancellations made 20 days before arrival, will be applied the following penalty to the amount of the stay:
- cancellations from 20 to 10 days before arrival: 50%;
- cancellations from 9 to 4 days before arrival: 75%;
- cancellations from 3 to 0 days before arrival: 100%
Bluserena will not apply a penalty (against the paid sums, a refund or a voucher will be issued, at customer’s discretion, valid until 31/12/2022) if the inability to stay is linked to the pandemic event in progress and depends exclusively on one of the following cases:
- at least one of the components of the reservation is subject to mandatory quarantine, imposed by the health authorities;
- it is impossible to reach the booked village due to restrictions imposed by the authorities. In any case, for late arrivals or early interruptions, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
On airline tickets sold by Bluserena (even if included in packages with the stay) the penalties imposed by the carrier, which will be communicated from time to time, are valid. In any case, for late arrivals or early interruptions, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
